Yoga-Inhale the future, exhale the past
Most people feel that they are struggling to maintain a balance in the lives,
they are frustrated and confused about their next step.
Yoga is the best solution to this.
Practicing yoga has made a huge difference in my life. It has helped me stay healthy, fit and strong. Other than that it has provided me with increased peace and energy and put me on a spiritual quest.
I practice yoga in school. All students meditate for fifteen minutes and do some pranayamas like the brahmari, bhastrika and anulom-vilom every day before our day starts. I do it with full heart and soul which results in my day go good and I stay calm. I experience the opposite if I don’t practice meditation in the morning.
Looking at my passion towards yoga, it has encouraged my parents and grandparents to practice the same.
They also have realized the importance of yoga and how it makes a difference in one’s life. Each and every pose of yoga can be beneficial for many illnesses like diabetes and high blood pressure.
Pranayama helps in improvising respiration and circulation of blood. Yoga helps in maintaining a balanced metabolism and becoming more focus on what we are doing it unable to connect the mind, the body, and the soul.
“ Inhale the future, exhale the past.”
