Nidhi is Founder & CEO of Bookosmia (smell of books) - a global movement for kids to be heard! Started in
2017, Bookosmia has thrived as a unique publisher for 'kids, by kids' across 150+
locations worldwide. An ex-banker who pivoted from a 10 year banking career to her passion for reading and curating meaningful and relatable organic content for kids in India. Nidhi went to Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University to pick up an Honours in Mathematics and a feminist flair on the side. An MBA from IIM Lucknow took her to a decade-long career in the financial sector, finally quitting as VP, HSBC.
Nidhi has advised IIT Faculty on developing fun science content for kids from books to Augmented Reality Apps . She has been on the board of the Singapore based international journal Borderless. A neurodiversity ally, Nidhi has been invited to talk about her experience in building Not That Different not just in India but at Stanford Neurodiveristy Program, Vanderbilt Neurodiversity Summit etc.
Nidhi spends much of her free time overindulging her two beautiful daughters, running her passion project 'Traveling Time with Books' chatting with authors about books on Indian history and working on her passion of taking The Lucknawi Experience to people through events, with other IIM alums. A former journalist, Archana is happiest in the company of young people. A neurodiversity ally, she is passionate about ‘Not That Different’, a movement she co-created to help children understand their neurodiverse friends better.
She loves children’s literature and is the author of three children’s books, each first of their kind, from ‘Yaksha’, a pioneering children’s book on reviving Karnataka’s folk theatre form of Yakshagana, ‘‘Howzzat’ sports journal , to the acclaimed ‘Not That Different’,, the first ever comic book on neurodiversity in India.
She is the chief mentor of ‘Trending with Teens’ India’s first live podcast by teenagers that is making young voices heard like never before. She loves sports, inclusion and giving every child the confidence to express themselves. Feel free to write to her at archana@bookosmia.com.

Pooja is Bookosmia’s default visual design expert - illustrator, , rejector of bizarre creative ideas the rest of the team comes up with. She has illustrated for over 15 published children's books on wide ranging topics, created the Natkhat Scientist DIY Kits, multiple children's characters and won the award for best thesis in the Doon University for her pathbreaking work on our neuroneutal sticker book. Her work has been presented to Draupadi Murmu, President of India and also selected for the JK Paper-Times AutHer Awards

Mugdha Kalra is a well known name in the Indian media industry, given years of experience as a journalist and her current role as Chief Content Strategist at Bakstage by Flyx . A special needs mom, she is one of the loudest voices in Autism Awareness in the country and the co-founder of our Not That Different Movement for kids to embrace neurodiversity. Her efforts won her the incredible recognition of being one of the only two Indian women on BBC Worldwide's 100 Women of 2021, alongside social impact stalwarts likes of Malala Yousufzai and Melinda Gates.
Shivani Dhillon, mentor for the book Extra, ex- BBC Journalist and award- winning social entrepreneur is an India Inclusion Fellow and Founder of Samvid Stories and Beyond. Mother to 12-year-old Shreya with Down Syndrome, Shivani uses the power of storytelling for recreation, as therapy and also as a tool to promote inclusion, mental health and confidence building.
After fantastic launches in Bangalore, Delhi, Kashmir, Vadodara and more, Shivani is taking the book across India. The book has been spotlighted by The Hindu, The Better India, The New Indian Express, ABP News and Zee news and been endorsed by India Inclusion Foundation Founder VR Ferose, educationalist Dr.Swati Popat Vats and DSFI Founder, Dr.Rekha Ramachandran.
K. R. Guruprasad has been associated with the sports pages of several newspapers over the last 16 years, as Sports Editor of DNA and previously the Indian Express and Hindustan Times.
Guru is Bookosmia's default sports consultant, from Olympics to T20, he keeps the ball rolling. Guru has developed a finesse at zooming out of the myopic view of any game, instead looking at sports as a coming together of the players’ lives and struggles, skills and technique and much more. His book ‘Going Places: India's Small Town Cricket Heroes’ by Penguin is a great testament to this approach.
An alumnus of Asian College of Journalism, was born in Bellary, Karnataka and later pursued his education in Mumbai.
