World Health Day is celebrated on April 7th every year. It is an initiative taken by the World Health Organization (WHO) to raise awareness about the overall health and well-being of people across the world.
On this day, people all over the world remind each other of how important it is to take care of their own health, as well as their near and dear ones.
If we do not take care of our own health and do not care about our family, who else will?
World Health Day reminds us to take care of our oral, physical and body health. There are many ways of taking care of our health, such as brushing and flossing regularly, applying soap everyday and making sure to clean ourselves and maintain hygiene.
We should understand that not only for one day, but we should also follow these practices everyday for our own well-being.
We should not even need to be reminded to take care, as it’s our own body and we shall be living with it.
