MY VISIT TO SIKKIM – HIMALAYAN WONDERLAND

We visited Sikkim from 11th to 17th May 2018. We planned our visit with lots of excitement.

We took an Air India flight to Bagdogra. Our prebooked taxi got delayed. However, we had a smooth and safe ride to Pelling.

On the way we saw the beautiful Teesta River, and beautiful hill scenery.

Our hotel in Pelling was peaceful and comfortable and we had a great view of Kanchenjunga Mountain covered with snow.

On 14th May 2018 Monday we went to Gangtok, the Capital of Sikkim.

We stayed in a hotel which had a fantastic view of the mountains.

We visited the market and had yummy momos and Traditional Sikkimese food.

We visited beautiful botanical garden and saw some amazing flowers.

We went to visit Nathula Pass and Lake on 16thMay 2018.

There was plenty of snow at Nathula. We had a great time.

I liked Nathula the most. I would love to visit Sikkim again. It is a beautiful and clean place.
