============================================================
Maha Shivratri literally means the night of lord Shiva.
It is a prominent Hindu festival celebrated with great glory all over the country. Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati got married on this day.
It is also believed that on this day Lord Shiva saved the world from destruction by drinking the deadly poison.

People observe fast, sing bhajans and perform Yajnas to please the lord.

On this auspicious day, I pray to Lord Shiva to bless us all with good health and save the world from the destructive coronavirus.
