Wake Up Early-Benefits of the 4 am club

My 4:00 A.M. Journey

Everyday I wake up at 4:00 a.m in the morning. I like to leave the bed before the mighty sun shows its bright rays. Whatever the weather is, whatever the condition is, I still wake up at that time.

All these started from the lockdown time when I was just 8 years old.  My father used to called me at 5:00 a.m for exercises. It is known to all that how important exercises are to keep one healthy and fit. When I started waking up, it seemed that the chirping birds, cool breeze and the nature around was somehow calling me.

The Beginning of a Habit

So from that day onwards it was my aim to wake up at 4:00 a.m in the early morning when everyone sleeps even in my house. At first, I couldn’t, due to my sleepiness. But that didn’t stop me. I set the alarm and did whatever I could do. As the days went by, I didn’t require the alarm, the chirping birds woke me up.

A Connection With Nature and Passion

I sat among the nature and did what my heart wanted to, like my writing which is my passion. I wrote whatever I felt like. I loved capturing all my feelings and emotions in words.

I wrote stories, poems, blogs, articles and essays. I believe that 4:00 a.m is a golden time for not only me but for others too. All can freely express their artistic selves at this time and feel fresh all day long.

The Joy of a New Dawn

I indeed enjoy waking up at 4:00 a.m in the early morning!
