The Secretroom Story by Vihaan
Once upon a time, I was getting ready for school. When I reached my class, there was no one there.
I decided to sit on each chair just for fun. I sat on every chair for five seconds to test which chair was good. When I sat on the last seat, I heard a “CRACK!” Suddenly, a wall opened beside the smart board.
I was afraid and wondered, “What should I do?”
Then I had an idea. I should go inside the secret room.
When I took my first step inside the secret room, I saw a shining light. I went further inside and slowly discovered a time machine, Thor’s hammer, Captain America’s shield, and many other amazing things.
I was shocked!
Then I heard a student coming into the class. I quickly rushed to the secret room’s door, locked it, and sat on a chair, pretending that I had been bored there for the past ten minutes.
The next day, I was very excited to go into the secret room again. I rushed to my class, and there was my friend Shivay. I told him everything about the secret room and took him inside.
He was shocked!
We saw many animals. They were cute. There was also a teleporter from where people came to do their work. We saw a golden lake, a river, a river full of chocolate, and clouds all around us.
Then our class teacher quietly came into the secret room. She scared us and asked, “How do you know about this secret room?”
I answered, “Yesterday, I came first to the class. I was bored, so I sat on every seat for five seconds. When I sat on the last seat, it opened!”
Ma’am laughed and said, “Haha! This is why I told you not to sit in the last seat!”
Then Shivay, Ma’am and I laughed loudly.
“Hahahahaha!”

The Ramayana Guide To Practical Leadership | Ancient Case Studies, Modern Management Lessons
The Ramayana Guide to Practical Leadership approaches leadership through the original Valmiki Ramayana, reading it as a precise study of human decision making, responsibility, and conduct under pressure. Rather than treating the epic as a story or a source of moral instruction, the book examines specific situations as leadership case studies. Each chapter focuses on how leaders assess complexity, communicate intent, handle dissent, build trust, and act when outcomes are uncertain. The emphasis remains on behaviour, judgement, and accountability. Drawing on forty carefully selected episodes, structured as case studies, the book brings forward leadership lessons on communication, psychological safety, servant leadership, resilience, ethics, and strategic clarity. Sanskrit shlokas are presented with translation and context, allowing readers to engage with the original text without requiring prior familiarity. Written by a senior industry leader with decades of experience leading large, complex organisations, the book bridges Indian knowledge systems and modern leadership practice. It is designed for professionals, managers, students, and educators who want leadership insight that is grounded, applicable, and enduring. This is a guide for readers who want to think clearly, decide responsibly, and lead with purpose in real-world situations.
