The Globetrotting Warriors: A Journey of Perseverance

This book review is for “The Globetrotting Warriors,” written by Aadvik Balodia and published by Bookosmia in 2023.

When I first saw the cover page of the book, I was intrigued as to what was going on.

Largely, the book is about a soldier named Kevin who meets different soldiers, fighting many monsters and threats on the way, with the objective of going to the Canada National Training Centre. From there, General Shepard sends messages to him. The soldiers had to use different techniques to fight the monsters in their way. They begin progressing from easier foes to more challenging ones, where they have to think of good strategies.

The central theme revolves around the soldiers confronting diverse obstacles, some of which pose life-threatening dangers, yet they persist without yielding. It’s an inspiring message for all of us to keep going and be confident.

Some of the characters in the story are Kevin, Lucien, Almouas, Orsone, Henry, Hiro, and Rajiv. Some of the threats include an evil wizard, a Chinese dragon, and the Element Monsters. Of them all, the wizard fascinated me the most.

The story was amazing, and it was written very nicely. It is one of the best books that I have read.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this book and found no faults.

If I could change any part of this book, it would be that when the group of soldiers fights the dragon, it would rather be eliminated in any other way than with some water, since it only stopped it from breathing fire at that time but did not stop it completely, and it could come back any other day.

I mostly like movie adaptations for books, and although this does not have any movie adaptations, I think it would have good cinematic adaptations as the story is so good.

I would give this book an age rating of eight years and above.

I give this book a 4.5 rating on a scale of 1–5, as it is very interesting, well written, has a good plot, and is overall captivating.
