Online school is very essential in many ways, especially during the critical time of Coronavirus.
Indian government is taking all necessary steps to ensure that we are prepared well to face the challenge and threat posed by the growing pandemic of Corona virus. With active support of the people of India, we have been able to contain the spread of virus in our country. The most important factor in preventing the spread of the virus locally is to empower the citizens by taking precautions as per the advisories being issued by The Minister Of Health And Family Welfare.
During all this commotion of Corona virus, the children are unable to go to school and study. That is why schools have started online classes. Online schools create a school like scenerio. Which is indeed a very helpful but, kids will be exposed to a lot of screen time.
The Indian education system, for a long time, is faced with the inaccessibility and low-quality education that makes Indians unemployable. Due to this, India is not able to use the potential of its human capital. Education is one of the vital tools that help a nation to develop. the government needs to address the issue through proactive involvement for the betterment of all Indian citizens.
With online school more flexibility to meet students needs and a chance for students to learn at home with a proven curriculum. The students will have fewer distractions and time wasted on commuting to school, whiling away time with friends etc. There will be an opportunity for struggling students to thrive in academics. The students will have better connections with family, friends and their teachers.If developed properly, online classes may increase efficiency and course productivity.
Online classes also provide a model to increase access of education for many different types of people, especially those constrained by location or affordability.
However, a hot debate surrounds the social implications of online learning.
While currently online school costs a lot of money to build the infrastructure, can it be made affordable for the huge amount of poor people, who are unable to send their kids to school?
The Indian education system is quite old. It has produced so many genius minds, that make Indians proud all over the world. However, while it is one of the oldest systems, it is still not that developed when compared to other newer ones. Almost as if the other countries have gone through growth and advancement, but the Indian education system is still stuck in old age. It faces a lot of problems that need to be sorted to let it reach its full potential.
