Story-Ichuppa Village
Author- S Sivakumaran
Publisher- Bookosmia
I like reading books about studies.
The story is about Rahul and his friends who play video games and watch TV all the time. They do not give any importance to studies. One day, in his video game, he was walking on the river bank. On the opposite side was walking a boy called Luhar.
My recreation of what Rahul’s village must looks like is below.
Luhar used to live in a place opposite of Ichuppa village where everyone was interested in studying and playing outdoor games.
My recreation of what Rahul’s village must looks like is below.
Rahul is the lead character in this story. He got inspired by seeing what all Luhar and others in the village had achieved. Rahul too changed his lifestyle -and focused on studies.
The story’s idea is to inspire readers to study more and try to learn about everything.
The writing style was very good and nice.
My favourite part is that Rahul mistook the the robot as Luhar’s brother, it was so real!
Studying is important in our life to improve our knowledge. I have learned this from the story
The age group of readers is upto 14 years old.
The story is nice and I don’t want to change anything in the story. I would give it a rating of 5/5*
*On a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest
