I’ve been comparing myself with others just because they are good at something and I am not. I have decided to quit this kind of behavior and start working on myself and that’s when I have observed this positive change.

It was December 2022, I saw myself in the mirror and the thing I saw was devastating. An under-confident version of me, the most depressed one and a desperate face of mine. I had no clear vision of my goals and I didn’t even know what I was doing in my life.

The Turning point:

This is the most toughest phase of our lives but it will be worth it. I started setting goals in the field of academics, extra-curriculars and philosophy. To achieve them I had to come out of my comfort zone (Well this is not really a big thing to flex about but it’s the most difficult part that we really have to change).

I improved in my academics and it’s not always about the change; improvisation matters and enhancing your extra-curricular skills as well. 

Best Way To Change Your Life:-

Remove Negative People:

Life is more peaceful when you start ignoring negative people.

Find Your Talent:

People are born to do something dandy in their lives and so are you. Analyze the skills you’ve acquired and start getting better. 

Start Working Out:

Exercise not only improves your physical health but also your mental health. It gives you a positive vibe.

Quit All The Unpleasant Habits:

Real change begins when you quit all the bad habits and start developing good ones.

Start Reading Books:

Books are your best friends; there are many benefits of reading books such as: –

They enhance your vocabulary.

Boost your creativity, thinking, logical and reasoning skills.

Show a new path of life

Apart from these there are many other benefits too!!

Other points to remember: –

1)Excuses make today easy but tomorrow tough.

2) 1% of improvisation everyday is an achievement.

3) Procrastination is your worst enemy.

4) Stop comparing yourself with others because no one can play your role better than you. 

5) Remove toxic people from your life and surround yourself with wise people (basically the ones who encourage you to level up and improve everyday).

6)Read self-help books, listen to some motivational podcast.
