‘Clever Didi’ Story by Adritti, 8, Bhilwara
Adritti, a 7-year-old from Bhilwara, writes an interesting story about how Didi, a househelp, used her clever thinking to find a lost girl in the forest.
Clever Didi
One day a girl was walking with her household help, whom she called Didi in a jungle. One hour later, the girl got lost, but Didi did not panic. As soon as she saw a pond, she took her bottle and filled it with water. She made sand castles wherever she went. She also spilled water on the sand and put her foot on it and made footprints.
The girl was starting to get tired. Suddenly she noticed the sand castle and said, “Oh! Didi has made it. I will follow the footprints and see where it leads.”
Then she started to follow them and soon she reached Didi. They were both very happy that they had stayed calm and found a solution.
