Title-THE BLACK BEAUTY
Reading books has always been my favourite hobby.
And now, another book has been added to my collection recently, “THE BLACK BEAUTY”
This is a story about a well-bred horse called and he is the narrator of the story.
He is an ideal horse – obedient, willing, intelligent and courageous too. He recalls being carefree under kind masters and the hardships he faces under successive cruel owners before finding his final home.
The thing that grabbed my attention in this story, was the realization of the cruel treatment horses got. Some of his owners were incredibly kind, while others were cruel and terrible. It was those cruel owners that made me want to jump into the story and confront them. Just kidding!!
The writing is pretty good for the time that it was written. I had no trouble at all in understanding what was going on. I was never confused. So, I would definitely recommend this book to my friends who are horse lovers.
And the best age group for reading this book is children aged 8+ .
On a scale of 1-5, I would rate this book 5/5* of course. I’m very glad that I got this book from my friend Helly who recommended me to read it. It is a must read book for everyone.
On a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest
