Three Books That Shaped Me
If such a condition arises, I would like to keep three of my dearest books. The first book would be ‘Smash It Butterfingers,’ written by Kyrunnisa A, because that book inspired me to start playing badminton. I decided to learn it professionally and got opportunities to play in different tournaments. Hence, this book became my guiding force to play badminton.
The second book I would like to keep is ‘The Magic Faraway Tree,’ written by Enid Blyton, because it helped me overcome my fear of horror. When I started reading the book, I was scared of the imaginary troubles and the magical world of danger, but gradually I overcame it, so it helped me become brave. I was glued to that book; it’s so interesting.
The third book I would like to keep is ‘How Humans Took Over the World,’ written by Yuval Noah Harari, because it taught me a lot about evolution and helped me improve my vocabulary. As it is required that I keep only three books, I have chosen just three. However, if given the chance to keep more books, I would like to carry the entire library with me.
