Thiruvananthapuram, My grandparents live in God’s Own Country, which is rich in heritage and culture. Nambi Swamy, my grandfather, is very affectionate, appreciative, and kind. My grandmother, like my grandfather, is patient, playful, and loving.

I never get bored when I visit their house because they always keep me entertained. We go to many places, watch films, and do many other things.

On one such occasion, my grandfather told me about his father (my great grandfather), who worked for The Hindu newspaper and whose entrepreneurship was recognised by The Hindu in the form of an article titled “Living with the Hindu.” His greatest accomplishment, he claimed, was increasing the paper’s distribution and subscriptions and promoting it to be one of the most widely read and demanded newspapers of the time.

My grandparents are wonderful. They are loving, kind, and joyful and I truly adore them.
