The Quest of the Questies

There was once a small girl named Layla. She enjoyed going on adventures with her companions Mary, Martha, and Lia. They formed a club named The Questies.

Layla one day decided to go on a trip to the Drewic forest. She invited Mary, Martha, and Lia on her expedition. They agreed, but they wanted to learn more about a forbidden cave. Layla liked the idea and packed torchlights and additional batteries with their other supplies.

The next day, they went off for the Drewic forest. When they arrived, they set up their base camp nearby to the cave. They brought tiny bags with water, snacks, torchlights, and batteries. Just as they were about to enter the cave, they noticed a map.

Layla commented, “This could be a map of the cave. It could get handy.”

Lia replied, “Sure! Let’s take it.”

So they grabbed it and entered the cave.

As they arrived, they noticed stalactites and stalagmites everywhere. They began to question whether there was any distinction between stalactites and stalagmites. But then the clumps of ice vanished. Martha and Mary were nervous and wanted to go. But Layla said, “We can’t stop now!” We must go where the cave leads us. “Let us spend the night in the cave.” They grudgingly decided to proceed.

When they thought they were done with the cave, they discovered a portal. They became suspicious. After much contemplation, they decided to enter the portal. They joined hands, took deep breaths, closed their eyes, and entered the portal.

They opened their eyes and witnessed a completely different world. The scenery was completely green. There was not one house in sight. There was no evidence of technology or advancement. And there was no plastic anywhere.

Lia looked around and commented, “This is so different from home. “I’ve never seen a land without video games, technology, factories, or even houses!”

Martha said, “Is this all to show us what Earth was like?”

Mary responded, “Martha, you’re a genius! People were extremely environmentally conscious prior to the development of technology. But now nothing has remained constant. With so much technology around us, no one even wants to leave a single tree standing.”

Layla explained, “We can fix it. If we can transform nature to technology, we can reverse the process.”

Mary inquired, “But how? We’re too swayed by technology to change. Can there be a way?”

Lia replied, “Let’s attempt to use technology in a sustainable manner. We can raise awareness about using technology sustainably.”

Martha went on saying, “All thanks to the idea of apartments and skyscrapers, we can lessen deforestation for the sake of housing.”

Mary commented, “We can use forest products wisely. We can use technology instead of paper.

Layla stated, “We can follow the three R’s: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.” We can also repair wooden objects rather than purchasing new ones.

Mary replied, “I have an idea. Let’s organize a workshop in our community. We can demonstrate how to rescue the environment. Let us also share it on social media so that word travels to everyone.

Layla exclaimed, “Look! The map features a mouth! “It is talking!”

Everyone gazed at the map, which spoke, “Hello, kids. I overheard your chat. You have discussed what I intended to express. So, share this with your neighborhood and beyond so that others understand how to rescue the Earth. things’s not too late to fix things, so let’s do it now. You will now depart this place. Good bye. I hope this sight is something you see every day.”

Suddenly there was a lot of dust swirling around. When that stopped, they noticed their base camp. They came up with numerous plans and departed Drewic Forest. As they strolled, they noticed how much technology pollutes the environment. They promised to change it. They implemented all of their plans shortly,  and gradually the world became cleaner, greener, and better.
