The Magical Place

Raj was a student in Delhi Public School. One day after lunch, Raj went to the library in his school. As he entered the library he saw a huge brown book lying on the floor. The name of the book was ‘The Magical Place’.

Suddenly the book started moving. Raj was surprised. Slowly he moved towards the book and touched it. As soon as he touched the book it started talking. The book asked the boy to make a wish. The boy said.” I want to go to Magical Disneyland”. The book replied,”Come sit on me.” The book opened and the boy sat on it. The book started soaring in the sky.

Within a few seconds he was on top of the clouds. He was very excited. Then he reached his destination- Magical Disneyland. There he met his favourite cartoon characters and did lots of rides. As he was having his ice-cream, he saw one boy was about to fall from the roller coaster. Raj quickly sat on the magic book, flew and saved him. The boy’s mother came running towards him and hugged him. On seeing this Raj started feeling homesick and decided to depart for his home. The magic book dropped him home but when he turned to say goodbye, the book disappeared. Raj entered the house and ran towards his mother and hugged her.

Raj’s mother asked. “Where were you?” Raj just smiled.
