You’ve told her she’s too short,
And he’s too thin,
But what you don’t do a lot,
Is notice the beauty within.

You’ve made her feel unwanted and ugly,
You’ve made him cry all night,
And it isn’t very lovely,
To dim all the light.

She’s beautiful in her own way,
But you never cared to explain,
When he looked in the mirror after a bad day,
You called him vain.

The problem you can’t see,
When the comments you make, are lowly.
