Online Fatigue – When Will My School Reopen? | Poem by Swetalina, 14, Bhubaneswar

Back To School - Thank You Teachers | Story by Anavadhya ,11, Trivandrum

Everywhere there was trauma.

From morning to night hearing drama,

Lockdown, Shutdown….

But we are not tucked down!

Use mask, keep distance.

Stay home! Stay Safe!

Oh! I can’t hear anymore…

Morning alarm rings…

Mama’s shouts begin,

Wake Up! Wake up! Get ready…

Oh! Not for school, but for online classes.

No interaction, No connection.

With teachers and friends.

From blackboard to whiteboard,

From keep quiet to speak up,

From no mobile to turn on your mobile.

Everything is virtual, Nothing is real.

Sometimes connections are there, Sometimes gone.

Join again! Try again!….

No leisure, No games, No library, No canteen, Nothing…

No lunch break, No tiffin sharing,

No discussion, No competition….

Everything is virtual, Nothing is real.

I wish I could go back to my school.

My school, My teachers, My friends,

Meet you soon…

Oh my dear School! Oh my dear School!……
