Granted By The Fireflies
Some sleepless nights and weary days,
Under the very brink of blossom bay.
Those waves and curls that kept your teary eyes,
Swayed away from our goodbyes.
Maybe it wasn’t meant to be,
Acquired in this eternity.
Baby it was always this way,
To act a lot but a not a word say.
Granted by the fireflies,
A wish so sweet and plain.
I asked for reality,
A pretty dream it became.
Granted by the fireflies.
You made the truth a lie.
Things so good to be true,
Are now dreams on dust and ply.
We parted so hard,
Our ways parted our sane
A grant by the fireflies ,
To see you once again.
You were the source of love
That harms and heal
Both different on reasons
Both different to feel.
So now you’re gone and
So am I.
A brink of hope still alive,
Only if our stars align,
My dream will be my real life.
A grant by the firefly!
