The Cursed Lipstick:Dragon’s Curse
I tiptoed into the bathroom. If anyone caught me doing this, I’d be in big trouble. I grabbed my mother’s lipstick and brought it back to my bedroom, where my brother was sleeping. I continued, even though I knew I’d have to face the music later.
Hey! I’m Luna. I’ve been curious about my mother’s makeup from an early age, but my mother, Elara Starling, always kept me away from her things. As I grew older, I started to notice something suspicious about her makeup, which only made my fascination stronger.

One day, I couldn’t stop myself and grabbed my mother’s bright red lipstick. As I brought it to my bedroom, where my brother was sleeping, I was determined to do something cheeky. For better company, I decided to involve my brother. With a mischievous grin, I walked over to Gabriel. I didn’t waste time beating around the bush. To put it in a nutshell, I asked him to color with the lipstick.
Gabriel insisted we shouldn’t take that step, but I played the devil’s advocate. I kept convincing him that nothing would happen—there were no risks, and we wouldn’t get caught. At last, he gave in. He was also tired of resisting. Now, the ball was in Gabriel’s court, and he wanted to play with Mrs. Starling’s makeup too. So, he agreed.
Luna immediately took out her journal and started coloring. With a few strokes, the lipstick suddenly shimmered and floated into the air, glowing with a mysterious light. It twirled gracefully, casting enchanting reflections around the room. Luna and Gabriel watched in amazement as it moved with elegance, astonished by its unexpected display of magic.
The bright red lipstick swirled in Luna’s hand, but what happened next blew their minds. They had been coloring a dragon—and now, it had entered the real world. A real, living, moving dragon stood in their room. However, the dragon seemed aggressive. They had no choice but to tell their mom.
Luna and Gabriel were stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea. Both options were equally terrifying—either get scolded by their mom or be eaten by a dragon. Luna screamed at the top of her lungs, “Mom! Mom! We’re going to die!”
Elara came running upstairs, unaware of what was happening. The moment she entered the room, she instantly understood. She didn’t even need Luna’s explanation. She quickly looked for the journal, tore out the page, and destroyed it. The dragon vanished.
Luna and Gabriel sat stunned, their eyes filled with tears, their faces full of guilt. Elara was definitely furious. What she did to them afterward is something we can all guess.
