Advent of The Guava : A Trilogy Of Mercy

Part 1- Redemption of the Former Egoist

Guava longingly noticed victories over ego in Fruit Kingdom and began to wonder if it was time to go to Fruit Kingdom. The fruits welcomed him with simplicity, and soon, Guava began to feel at home.

One day, Banana was shooting the breeze with Guava. Apple warned, “Guava has such suspicious duality!” Indeed, Guava had duality. He was Thai after all. Banana also had multiple roots, he told that to Guava. And they were best friends! But one day, Guava developed an ego! He insulted Banana. Plum joined the party by resurrecting Mango and Grape . Banana said, “Guava, be humble!” Guava realized his mistake. Banana forgave him, soon, Guava got Joseon mercy. He made amends under the watchful eye of Persimmon (to prevent backsliding) , after that, he was besties with Banana. Plum said, “I suggest that we put him on trial! That is a spiritual method, shaming Guava till he feels like a background character! Indeed he is a fruit, but we hate him!” It was rejected. The end, or is it?

Part 2- The Fruitseye Debut Tour

Apple and her girls formed a group called Fruitseye ( inspired by Katseye) and released a debut EP called Mercy is Strong (inspired by Soft is Strong) and went on tour. Plum still suggested shaming, but everyone opposed! When the tour ended, everyone celebrated Thai duality by playing Lisa’s entire “Press Play” EP. The end, nearly, but not really!

Iconic for my Mistakes

Fruitseye just released Iconic for my Mistakes (inspired by Iconic by Mistake), a collaboration with Le Sserafruit and Berrit (Inspired by Le Sserafim and Illit) It was about self-forgiveness and flaw acceptance.

The concert was a success! The Fruit Penal Code officers arrived to arrest Guava, but Fruitseye opposed the arrest. Le Sserafruit and Berrit agreed with Fruitseye. They decided to replace the Penal Code with the Joseon Mercy Code. They resurrected Dosa (Idli Trilogy callback)and he made amends under the watchful eye of Persimmon, just like Guava did! There was a party after Dosa finished making amends. The Fruit Penal Code (shrivelling, seedlessness, burning to crisp) was declared Useless.

Epilogue:

Fruitseye scheduled a collaboration with Breakpink (Idli, Shavige , Upma and Puri from Idli Trilogy) called “Other Cheek”, a mature Latin-pop track about forgiveness (inspired by “New Woman”, by Lisa and Rosalia).

Note from author:

I wrote this trilogy to break the “hero is popular, villain is the cautionary tale” mould. If you want to read my trilogy, it might be too trendy and relatable for the traditionalists who enjoy the karmic writing style in my trilogies. But if you’re in the mood for a trendy, modern and relatable vibe (like Descendants and Equestria Girls), this is for you!

The Ramayana Guide To Practical Leadership | Ancient Case Studies, Modern Management Lessons

The Ramayana Guide to Practical Leadership approaches leadership through the original Valmiki Ramayana, reading it as a precise study of human decision making, responsibility, and conduct under pressure. Rather than treating the epic as a story or a source of moral instruction, the book examines specific situations as leadership case studies. Each chapter focuses on how leaders assess complexity, communicate intent, handle dissent, build trust, and act when outcomes are uncertain. The emphasis remains on behaviour, judgement, and accountability. Drawing on forty carefully selected episodes, structured as case studies, the book brings forward leadership lessons on communication, psychological safety, servant leadership, resilience, ethics, and strategic clarity. Sanskrit shlokas are presented with translation and context, allowing readers to engage with the original text without requiring prior familiarity. Written by a senior industry leader with decades of experience leading large, Tanishkaapplicable, and enduring. This is a guide for readers who want to think clearly, decide responsibly, and lead with purpose in real-world situations.
