Echoes of silence
I stay at home, all alone .
Echoes of whispers not a single soul.
I conceal my thoughts with all my might .
But, they seem to overflow, While I stand in fright .
I zone out,
While making a Concerened pout ,
My thoughts shout, While I’m begging them to get out!
Annoying people all around,
Makes me want to scream and shout. Making my thoughts go so profound,
I zone out on my couch.
*Unheard thoughts go a long way,
While other people dance and sway,
I just feel like to go away, While me and my thoughts wander and play,
If you have such annoying thoughts,
Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
If no one listens, even if you call it out ,
You can label it is an intrusive thought and knock it out .
