Book Review: Miss Gifty’s School
I loved Miss Gifty’s School! It is a good book about kids in a special school where everyone is welcome. The main characters are Nadine, Camille, and CG. They all feel lonely or rejected but find real friends at Miss Gifty’s school. Nadine is very poor and wants a better life. Camille was bullied before. CG’s family sent him to boarding school, and he feels they don’t want him. Even though they are different, they all accept each other.
This book made me feel understood. I often feel different because I’m gifted. And sometimes, I feel rejected, just like the kids in the book. But at Miss Gifty’s school, everyone belongs. I wish I could attend a school like that and have friends who accept me.
I liked the characters because they are fun and have their personalities. They feel real, and I cared about what happened to them. The story gave me hope that I will someday find people who like me for who I am.
I give this book 5/5 stars!
It changed how I feel about being different. Other kids who feel lonely or left out should read it, too.
