I am always inquisitive about learning new things and have a strong love for outdoor games. Among the many activities that have interested me, I chose to pursue table tennis.
Why I Chose Table Tennis
Table tennis is a sport that requires a lot of skill and precision. It’s excellent for developing hand-eye coordination and quick reflexes.
Training at Bengal Rowing Club
I train at the Bengal Rowing Club every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. My coach, Zal Nehal, is a State Level Champion who guides me through various drills to improve my technique and control.
Practice and Progress
I practice table tennis for nearly eight hours every week. Sir makes me do drills like balancing the ball and many other exercises. I often compete with my classmates as if it’s a real tournament—and I’m almost always the class champion!
Benefits of Playing Table Tennis
Table tennis has helped me go from being lazy to active. It has made my life more energetic, enjoyable, and exciting. The game is not just fun, but also a great way to stay fit and focused.
