When Krishna Spoke to Me
I never saw him in a temple tall,
Or heard a flute in the schoolyard hall.
But somewhere between a choice and fear,
I felt Lord Krishna drawing near.
Not in gold or cosmic skies,
But in my quiet, inner “whys.”
When friends choose shortcuts, bold and fast,
He asked me, “Do you want it to last?”
In late-night doubt before a test,
His voice said, “Try. Just give your best.”
Not for marks or the crowd’s loud cheer,
But for the joy of being sincere.
When coding apps or sharing thoughts,
He taught me that not all battles are fought.
Some are won by choosing the right—
By walking the truth in softer light.
Krishna’s not a myth to me,
He’s the calm in my uncertainty.
He rides with me, though none may see—
In every quiet victory.
