Views On Making Exams Stress-Free

Nervous mutters,

Halls filled with chatter,

Did you hear the bell?

Not a sound, not a yell,

As the exams begin.

When I say learning is a paradise,

Most of you will be surprised.

Those of you who worry,

Having marks that look lowly.

You don’t have to be sorry,

Just leave the anxiety that you carry,

And you will soon rise to glory.

All of this you can avoid,

Don’t let the fear cloud your mind.

Remember, it’s all about balance.

Work and play in harmony.

As for a stressbuster,

I will just say,

Storybooks, let them foster

Happiness and joy.

They will allow your brain,

To significantly reduce the strain.

Soon, you’ll come to realise,

You will need to toil,

Burn the midnight oil,

But feel your feet above the soil.

Wind in your face within the garden you lay,

Clear your mind and engage in play,

Listen to music and start to sway.

Nervous mutters,

The hall filled with chatter,

Did you hear the bell?

Not a sound, not a yell,

As the exams begin.
