Once, on the way back from school, I noticed something was shining behind a tree. Curiously, I went near it and saw that it was a strange-looking machine with many buttons and knobs. It had a glass door. I got inside and pressed a lot of buttons. It was a Time Machine! I jumped around, feeling joy. I tried pressing some buttons to go to the future, but it took me to the past.
I saw that I was looking at a group of soldiers staring at me. We were surrounded by mountains. Then I realized that I had turned into a jacket. To my surprise, I became the jacket of Captain Manoj Kumar Pandey, the Kargil war hero. He was telling his soldiers the plan to win Khalubar Peak. After that, he motivated them with his favourite quote –“Some goals are so worthy, it is glorious even to fail.” He fought in the war bravely. When he fell, I burst into pieces too.
All of a sudden, I found that I was in my bed. This was all a dream, but I am glad that I got an opportunity to see the bravery of Captain Manoj Kumar Pandey, the Param Vir Chakra awardee.
