The Spooky Cave I Story by Omi, 7, Canada
7-year-old Omi writes a story about two super brave girls named Hayley and Omi, who accidentally hit the ball into the spooky cave and discovered a portal through which they reached ‘The world of magic’.
The Spooky Cave
Once upon a time, there was a cave near a small town. People in the town say that there are monsters – Mummy, Zombie, Ghost, and Vampire living in that cave. No one dared to go in that cave except two super brave girls from Rosethorn Junior School named Hayley and Omi.
One day, Hayley and Omi were playing Tennis at the park. While they were playing, Hayley accidentally hit the ball into the spooky cave. So, they went inside with their flashlights to get the ball.
When they stepped inside the cave, they saw diamonds, pearls and gems. The cave looked like a treasure box, but the ball is nowhere to be found.
Then they went further inside looking for the ball. They heard a voice echoing through the darkness, “At the end of the cave, there is a portal! Come with your parents and jump into the portal.”
Both the girls went home and mentioned to their parents about the cave. The next day, with their parents by their side, Hayley and Omi returned to the spooky cave. At the end of the cave, they finally found the portal, glowing with a magical light.
Hand in hand, with their families, the girls jumped into the portal. When they leaped through the portal, they found themselves in a world of magic. It was filled of magical roses which bloomed into rainbow colors when they made a wish, and their wishes came true!
And from that day on, it is no longer a spooky cave! The townspeople renamed it “The Magical Cave,” and everyone lived happily ever after.
