The One I’m Growing Up With
-By Darsh & Dhwanit Kasera
The one I’m growing up with has shared with me many moments,
From the day we first met, it’s all been so pleasant.
Many times we quarrel, and tempers may flare,
But each time we forgive, we show that we care.
He’s always there for every bruise or scratch,
And when we’re together, we’re a perfect match.
He never leaves, he’s always got my back,
And offers me truth when I lose track.
He’s like an anchor when I’m lost at sea,
He knows every scar on my knee.
Together we’re like two peas in a pod,
We understand each other with just a nod.
I hope this brotherhood never ends.
We’re not just family, we are friends!

This beautiful poem on sibling bond is co-written by Darsh Kasera (13) and Dhwanit Kasera (10) from Bangalore.
