The Magical Wishes
Once upon a time, I was playing in a park when I suddenly noticed a dusty old lamp lying on the ground. Thinking it might be useful for my mom, I decided to clean it and give it to her. I washed and polished the lamp, and as I wiped it, something magical happened—BOOM! A genie appeared! I was so surprised. I wanted to tell my mom, and when I did, she said, “I think it’s a magical lamp!” Elated, I shouted, “Yes!!”
Suddenly, the genie spoke to me and said, “Hello, little girl! You can tell me if you have three wishes, and I will grant them.”
I was both happy and shocked by what was happening. I pinched myself to make sure it was real and not a dream. After thinking for a while, I turned to the genie and said,
1) My First Wish is to become a famous artist so I can help people make their homes look clean, artistic, and beautiful.
2) My Second Wish is to become a famous doctor so I can help sick and poor people live longer and healthier lives.
3) My Third Wish is to have the ability to see what will happen in the future, so I can warn people before something bad happens and help them stay safe.
The genie smiled and happily granted all my wishes. Then, just like that—BOOM!—he disappeared back into the magic lamp. It was the most magical and cherished day of my life.
