Jinika Oswal explores the soul-stirring connection between identity and melody in this lyrical reflection. Moving from childhood hums to the dream of a global stage, Jinika captures how diverse influences—from the emotional depth of Arijit Singh to the grounded traditions of Carnatic music help her find a voice that transcends words.
In this poem, R Vetri Vendan (12), Bangalore, beautifully captures the wonder of waiting under a starlit sky. As a young boy eagerly awaits a shooting star, he discovers that even missed moments can lead to something brighter, the radiant arrival of the Sun, lighting up the whole world.
