Life Is A Beautiful Truth I Poem By Dhriti

Life Is A Beautiful Truth

Inside a dark, hazy room there’s girl,

Her thoughts like storms begin to swirl,

She’s fighting the world- her truth to prove,

Confused and tangled in what to choose.

Battle with silence is a war with no guns,

Just some unborn words with trembling runs,

The silence is louder than the guilt,

In the ocean of things, she’ll never admit.

The tornado of questions and doubts,

Tears through her mind in endless counts,

But silence is where the true answer lies,

Until she accepts the truth and the silence dies.

Running away from the truth was an excuse

A fragile shield she could never really use

But the walls of silence began to bruise,

Till her heart screamed for what it couldn’t choose

The reason for the silence were her own choices,

The dilemma that drowned her in unheard voices,

Another was running away from the truth,

And now she has learnt “Life is but a beautiful Truth”

Her biggest lesson was not to run away

But to stand still and face the betray

She never realised how strong she was

Until she learnt how to fight — and pause.
