Staying active doesn’t just mean to exercise or go to the gym or anything. In fact, you don’t have to exercise at all! Take me Aaradhya Sharma as an example, everyone praises me because I am very active.

The truth is I just cycle, play football at the park for fun! I sometimes cry the days I can’t go to park. Why? Because I have fun!

Do anyting you like to be active

You can do anything you like to be active: Football, Basketball, cycling even dancing can make you active. But the real issue why some people are not that active is because they don’t do it on a daily basis. See, doing something once or twice is easy but making it a habit can be hard.

Have Fun

To find a solution to this take my example again, I cry the days I can’t go to play, Because… I have fun! Some people take it as a task that we have to do, but it actually is just exercise in a really fun manner. See, when you are getting something new you feel very excited, the same thing happens with exercise, you feel excited for it.
