Dark Night’s Moon
The search for the shot of a clear sight,
Of a moon shining in the dark night,
Has been more than just my normal passion,
For finding one has become a rare task, that gladden.
The love for this work is not just to me,
It’s my belief that it expands even beyond we,
However for the ones who are less inclined towards it,
I appeal to them to sit once and enjoy this beauty a bit
.
That beautiful struggle, I understand it well,
The perfect image, under a silent spell,
A conversation with the night sky, a whispered plea,
A small victory, for only my heart to see.
Yet the joy isn’t just in the final sight
,
But in the chase, in the pale moonlight.
When the moon peeks out from a passing tree,
That unplanned moment is so beautiful to me.
This rare task, a gift that makes me stand still,
To look up and feel a timeless thrill,
More than just a picture, a memory so clear,
A perfect reminder of what I hold so dear.
