Satyavrat is a bright 11-year-old studying at Bombay Scottish School, Mahim, Mumbai in Grade 6. He is a gifted reader who began reading at age 2 and could read English fluently by age 4. He owns a vast collection of 500 plus books at home and is an avid reader of all genres. In fact, he has already read and savoured books far beyond his age group. There are few spare moments in the day when one doesn’t find him reading or writing poetry and prose. He has secured international ranks in Olympiads and won prizes in school for literary writing. He holds a hat trick No. 1 position both in his school’s Spelling Bee and Maths Wizard championships! He loves animals and a large part of his free time revolves around caring for stray dogs and cats in the city. The love of his life and his muse is his golden retriever, Emily.
