Mugdha Kalra is a well known name in the Indian media industry, given years of experience as a journalist and her current role as Chief Content Strategist at Bakstage by Flyx. A special needs mom, she is one of the loudest voices in Neurodiversity Awareness in the country and the co-founder of our Not That Different Movement for kids to embrace neurodiversity. Her efforts won her the incredible recognition of being one of the only two Indian women on BBC Worldwide’s 100 Women of 2021, alongside social impact stalwarts likes of Malala Yousufzai and Melinda Gates.
