Elaine Elizabeth Jinto is a young, accomplished writer with a growing portfolio of published poetry and non-fiction. She wishes to make a positive impact in this world by exploring and diving deep into the art of literature. Elaine writes based on day-to-day occasions that her readers can relate to, and she also uses her art to highlight multiple issues and spread awareness. Her poems and stories have appeared or are forthcoming in Skipping Stones and Stone Soup magazine. She also wrote multiple travel pieces and book reviews for the StoneSoup.com website. Elaine’s literary achievements that extend beyond publication. She received special mention at the GetLit Spoken Poetry and Story Fest (2023-24) and secured 2nd Prize in the Spin-A-Yarn story writing contest. She was also Editor-in-chief of her school magazine (2023-24). Elaine is a member of the StoneSoup.com website committee and was recognized on the StoneSoup.com Honor Roll for both poetry (March 2022) and prose (March-April 2024), an honor given to the top 10% of submissions. She is also a member of the Inklings Member Advisory Team, at the Society of Young Inklings.
