A Christmas Bake Sale

A Christmas Bake Sale at Park

It was a cold windy morning. A Christmas Bake Sale was held in the nearby park. It was organised by a park member so that everyone could have fun and help raise money for the poor people. The park was decorated with Christmas lights . There were beautiful flowers and tables that were covered with mats to display the food. I went to the sale as a visitor with my friends and to have fun.

Variety of things

There were twenty one stalls in the park. A variety of things were sold like Christmas cake, ginger bread, cookies, apple pie, chocolate and cupcakes with frosting. The ginger bread cookies were the most popular. My favourite item was the scrumptious plum cake. I also enjoyed drinking hot chocolate with cream.
It was the most wonderful day of my life.
