The concept of multiverse in Hinduism
Everyone thinks that the concept of multiverse is a modern scientific term .But what would you think if this concept was there a long time ago in hinduism ?

According to the puranas(ancient hindu scriptures)
Maha-Vishnu, a part of lord krishna , lies down in a corner of the spiritual sky, and from his breathing all the universes come out like golden balls, and in each universe He further expands as Garbhodakasayi Visnu, and from the stem of a lotus growing from His navel, Lord Brahma, the first living entity is born which creates the birth cycle of that universe.
This is one theory that the multiverse existed in Hinduism.
There is one incident too, where lord Krishna explained Arjuna, the concept of multiverse :-
From
Shrimad Bhagavat Gita

[Chapter 11, Verse 16]
aneka-bāhūdara-vaktra-netraṁ
paśhyāmi tvāṁ sarvato ’nanta-rūpam
nāntaṁ na madhyaṁ na punas tavādiṁ
paśhyāmi viśhveśhvara viśhva-rūpa
[Chapter 11, Verse 5]
shri-bhagavan uvacha
pashya me partha rupani shatasho ’tha sahasrashah
nana-vidhani divyani nana-varnakritini cha
Lord Krishna offers a glimpse of multiple cosmic creations and annihilations to his disciple Arjun; different universes are located in different parts of the cosmic body of Krishna.
Arjun says that he sees Lord’s infinite form in every direction, with countless arms, stomachs, faces, and eyes. Lord Krishna asks him to behold and see His hundreds and thousands of wonderful forms of various shapes, sizes, and colors. Here the numbers are approximated to hundreds and thousands which sums up to infinity depicting the existence of infinite parallel Universes of which Lord Krishna is the Supreme Creation.
This shows that the ancient science was way much modified than our modern science but we modern humans think that this is the most scientific era .
