Social Media - A Fake World ?

Social media has been one of the most engaging activities of millennials. It has influenced our lives in so many ways. Social media keeps popping up with various trends and hacks, which has made our life easier and fun, but at the same time, it has caused severe addiction to some and brought some of the people closer to the virtual world than the real world.

Sometimes I feel that social media is a very fake world where people do not express their real emotions or feelings or even themselves.

Everything is just simply edited and modified and this can lead some people to feel inferior to others. It has invaded our lives by making us the people who we are actually not, pretending to be the ones who are actually so different from us. The social media life never portrays the real us.

However, I also feel that social media is a platform through which various people from various backgrounds, countries and cities interact and make friends with. There are also various influencers whose source of income is through social media.

I feel that we should know how to correctly use social media and its advantages along with balancing it with the real world.

Everything has a good and a bad side and so does social media. It helps us to interact with various people but at the same time, it can also be very addictive so it depends on us how we use the resources.

Social Media - A Fake World ?

We should know when to draw a line between the real and the virtual world.
