The first thing that you should do is – early to bed and early to rise. Science tells us that waking up early helps you develop better habits and improves your day-to-day productivity. You just need to tap the potential of this good habit, which leads to many advantages in both your personal and professional life.

There is an old saying ‘there is good in every evil’. I am aware of everything that has been taken away from us due to this situation, of all the unrealized plans, be it birthdays, travels, weddings … and sadly, we cannot do anything about it. But we are not powerless! On the contrary, it is all of us together that can make the world a better place.


Take care of your health, it is your most valuable asset. Your health ensures that you function at your best every day. Without it, your ability to work, as well as all the other areas of your life, would be affected.

Remember that – mistakes are a part of life. We should learn from our mistakes and take them as a stepping stone to move further. We should never hide our mistakes or deny them instead we should learn from them.

The next life lesson is -never stop dreaming, never stop believing, never give up never stop trying, never stop learning. Dreams provide nourishment to the soul, just as a meal does to the body.
