What a waste of a time are you, peace!

You make our weapons and artillery cease,

You restrict nations from forming colonies,

You keep our countries stable and blissful.

What a waste of a time are you, peace!

You deny us from getting cut into a piece,

You prevent the death of the soldier who could be my niece,

You allow many Leonardo da Vincis to work on their masterpiece.

What a waste of a time are you, peace!

You allow the flora and fauna to be at ease,

You prevent the trees from getting decreased,

You increase the number and types of species.

What a waste of a time are you, peace!

You neither allow us to kill,

Nor allow our mothers, brothers, sisters to get killed,

You keep everyone in bliss and teach them to say please,

All the victory, fame, bloodshed we get when war is fought is lost

Only and only because of you.
