What inspires your art? 7 year old Dhakshitha C, a Bookosmian from Chennai was so impressed by cherry trees she saw in a video that she decided to bring them to life through her painting!

She goes to NSN Memorial School.

Cherry blossoms - A painting inspired by nature

Painting helps bring our imagination to life. Painting nature helps us relax. I was watching a video about nature and that inspired me to paint a cherry tree.

The next night I saw a tree in the moonlight and decided to recreate the same as a cherry tree. And that’s how came upon this painting ‘The Cherry Tree in a Spring night’. Hope you like it!
